Text of Complaint by Mitul Patel:

A charge of Rs 1600 was debited from my account for the purchase of Super LNB which in reality I had already paid in cash to the dealer.

They refunded me Rs 800 instantly and the remaining amount was still to be paid which I haven’t received yet. They took my service request and verified it and told me that it will be done under 24 hours, I have been calling from the past 6 days.

  1. The customer care service says they can’t do anything and I will have to wait for another 4 days as another service request has been registered.
