I have taken new connection on 22nd Oct 2020, monthly pack is ending on 17th nov 2020, when complaint , it is came to know that classic cinema added by ivrs team without my consent.: Since one month I am trying but not yet resolved. Already complaint lodged but no body from call center wants to give my complaint no, strong action reqd against erring official
