Text of Complaint by Achal Gupta:

I am using your services vide Subscription ID 1011977657, and am paying a monthly charge of Rs 1337 on 7th of each month. This month also, I recharged my account for Rs 1337 on 07.07.2020.

However, I was shocked to see that my next due date was shown as 02.08.2020. I lodged a complaint on the same day and was allotted a reference no. 277M9UYS.

When I got a call the next day, I was informed that the due date has been reduced by 5 days as I am also using Tata Sky Binge and the payment for the same has been adjusted and 5 days reduced.

I told them that since I had got the Tata Sky Binge installed on 16.06.2020 and was eligible for 1 month free subscription of the same, I would pay the amount for the same only on 16.07.2020. I was later informed that my due date is the same i.e. 7th of every month.

When I today again lodged a complaint that my due date is still showing as 02.08.2020 and I got a call, I was shocked to hear that a channel named Tata Sky Hitz had been installed on my account and the same was supposedly got installed by me.

The said fact is totally incorrect, false and misleading. I had not got installed any such service, The said service has been installed by Tata Sky at the backend only under the guise of a customer request and amount charged without any permission.

Even though I got the said service deactivated, but the due date is still showing to be 02.08.2020 and not 07.08.2020.

I have been wrongly charged for a service not at all requested by me. It amounts to cheating and defrauding the customer,
