I have two accounts 1023731738 and 124 585 3831 i asked 124 585 3831 to be deactivated long back but it was not cancelled, due to which i made a wrong payment on 124 585 383.
I called the same day to get the amount credited to my bank account and tatasky agreed ( can check the call recording) and they said it will be done in 7 businesss days.
I waited for seven days and the refund was not processed, i again called after 10 15 days and the advisor said that this time it will come through in 7 businesss days and it still didnt happen, I called up today, a senior advisor rohan to whom my call was transferred told me that he will be getting it solved if i told him my problem, but in fact he made me waited for 45 mins by telling me that he is getting my call connected to a teammleader nor manager, i waited for 1 hour abd 5 mins but he kept me on mute, i tried to speak but no reply. I was forced to disconnect the call.
This behaviour from the company is not right and if a senior advisor does this kind of stuff is not sparable. I would like my refund as soon as possible, and strict action needs to be taken against the company so that the same soes not happen with other customers, all these transactions are been done within the month starting from 30 September 2019 till todays date 29 October 2019) please get it resolved
