Dear Sir/Madam
I was promised by the technician that new spare parts of antenna will be fitted but till today work is not done. Moreover the technician did not receive my calls. In this regard, I had already lodge complaint , but till today no action has been taken.
Kindly get the work done, I shall be always thankful to you
