I have taken new connection of Tata Sky on 26th July from online booking. at the time of booking the sales person told me that.
You will get new connection at Rs.1600/_ including one month subscription free of monthly rental Rd.350/-.
I agreed for the same. But today on 28th July ( after 3 days of connection I got a msg that my account will suspend today due to low balance n asking for recharge monthly Rs.3200/- which package I never asked.
Kindly request u to pl look into matter and give me the package of 350 per month with one month subscription as promised at the time of new connection.
Tata sky is the market share in market but if we get such type service then it’s really cheating with customer.
If it will not solved then I don’t want the connection refund my hard money.
