my TATA SKY customer ID:1076857083 with a tariff plan of Rs.240/-with renewal date of 24-01-2019.Ten Days before the renewal date,the TATA SKY began to give notices for renewal my subscription,duly displaying on my TV screen continuvesly,threatening me to deactivate my connection unless I renew on due date,stating that the TRAI has extended the date of implementation of the new regulations.Hence I request you to direct TATA SKY to collect the tariff as per the new TRAI regulations,duly taking my opinion into consent.
