Text of Complaint by DINESH:

I am on a long duration pack valid up to Dec 3, 2019. But suddenly they have shifted to new pack without my consent. When contacted they have refused to continue my long duration pack which is valid up to Dec 3, 2019  without obeying  trai regulations to continue the existing long duration pack as per consumer wish.

Migration to New pack base only on Customer wishes for Long Duration Pack customers. You must honour
Previous commitment . This only Trai Statement.
I have buy new subscription on Dec 2, 2018. You are not communicating with me regarding this new pricing regime. Your customer care executives are blaming me. I am very disappointed.

I want to continue to My LDP till Dec 3, 2019.

I think, You should be responsible. Please don’t blame this is mandate. I know that this is not a mandate for previous LDP customer. I read about Trai press release dated 12.02.2019.

I also attached 8th point on Trai press release dated 12.02.2019.

  1. This complaint is Valid. Tata sky gave connections to all customers till December 2018 even when TRAI order was existing. So TRAI clearly instructed all DTH companies to continue Long term plan till its last date. But Tata Sky is violating it. Tata sky can’t change all long term plan users to the new plan as it is against TRAI Rule.
