We have take plan of tata sky in January 2022 (of Rs 416 per month) and paid it’s annual amount in advance but in August end only our recharge balance got exhausted as one additional plan (Rs 299 per month) was going on from January itself due to which our balance got adjusted there and exhausted. This additional plan was not activated by us.
