Our Tata Sky has been misbehaving since Mid April (more than 2.8 months). It stops working and shows no signal while the whether remains clear. We have complained innumerable or uncountable times but not got any solution yet. Please resolve the problem at the earliest. Also, who would pay for the time (2.8 months) we are unable to watch our favourite shows? Tata Group being a huge company is providing this service to customers!? Sorry to say but the local providers are providing better service than Tata Sky. We have written mail to Tata sky innumerable times but no reply.
