Text of Complaint by Bajrang Tarar:

Respected Sir,

I have compliant that my Secondary TV Connection is no received Signal  from 17 April 2020 to till date. one tata sky representative(Technician) was visit on 19 may 2020 then two days connection is received signal but two or 3 days till date tata sky no received Signal. I have compliant on 18 July but till date tata sky( Technician) not visit and my work order no. 1-25F66RIO has been cancelled without any intimation. and my Request ID 25BD0MYL is also cancelled without any information. Therefore Please take action on this matter. refund my Secondary TV Connection amount of RS 450 and Rs  165 Service Visit and  Rs 9385 for mental harassment. also till date my Secondary TV not received Signal but amount has been Charge and Tata sky consumer service provider demand for again Charge for work order

Therefore Please pay Rs 10000 for all my Recharge and mental harassment and damage of poor services
