Text of Complaint by Raj:

Tatasky took Rs 1000 for the monthly charges in advance and prior to migration of the Channels promising that the current package will be migrated. Now today none of the channels are working while money is being deducted everyday even though no service is provided. Talking to the CSR (Debashis in kolkota) it was evident that tatasky is aware that they will have problems in migration and in order not to have any impact of their revenue they take the money in advance. Company is eating my money even though none of the channels are provisioned. This clear case of robbing the customer.
