I got a message to recharge on 11 july. I did pay ₹480 to tata sky. Today on 24 july they ask for another recharge just after 13 days. I call to customer service and they said tata sky deduct the money for ott platforms and i have to do another recharge to continue my channels.
I said to them i need channels not ott content so please cancel all ott and give me channels and she said ok she will do this. But later she said she canceled my ott but still i need to pay for channels. She did all this wrong and she tried to make me pay extras.
I recharge for channels not for ott. So please give me my refund or extend my channels validity after ₹480.
