We raised a complaint on 26th April 2020 through the toll-free number provided in Tata sky Helpline
Since then we are regularly following up by calling the toll free number and we are getting feedback from them stating “our back end team will attend the complaint the earliest, but unfortunately, neither the problem resolved nor the technical team responded
The Tata sky toll free team regularly stating the same statement we further requested to pass the complaint to relavent higher official or provide the number, they have not provided any other number to communicate saying they are the final authority.
We request you to take this complaint and do the justice.
In this regard I would like to bring to your kind notice our family faced the pain and suffering throughout these days is unmanageable
