Since Amphan storm struck bengal. My Tata sky is showing no signal. I have registered a request for a technician visit on 26th May. Since then no one has visited to resolve the issue. I have made several calls to their customer care numbers and whatsapp number…all they are saying is technician are busy due to surge in complain due to amphan..your request is recorded and technician will contact you..but nothing has happened. Every single cable operator has already fixed their problem within 2 days..except for tata sky..
