Text of Complaint by Santanu Debnath:

I have raised a request for Tata Sky connection(Service Request No: 23D1RLJ5). I am not able to view any channels from Wednesday(20 May 2020) after the cycloan hit in WB.
I have called several time in customer care but not response from TATA Sky team. Antenna is hanging from roof top and also not able to view any channels. We observed that in our area Airtel, Dish Tv antenna networktechnical team came and resolved their issue in many houses. But TATA SKY team or technical member will not come and call till now and also
issue is not resolve yet. My balance is also deducted from Wednesday 20 May 2020 and also not able to see any channels.

  1. Hi! Apologies for the delay. Other than restricted movement due to Covid-19, Amphan Cyclone is the reason why attending to complaints is taking more time than expected. We’re doing our best and will attend to your complaint at the earliest
