Hello All,

A simple task of activating my secondary connection became a nightmare

Since 48 hrs, after getting assurances that matter is resolved , continuously informed that there is a TECHNICAL issue, error, new jargon terms every call

finally today, forced to buy a new set top box in place of my defective primary box, have to pay Rs550/-

when this could be done free of cost

is this the price you pay when you

deactivate your addon secondary connection

Valuable time wasted, finally job done

by the company doing a sale of a new set top box
