I used to recharge the amount in Tata Sky from years via Google Pay and it always worked successfully.I did a recharge of ₹298 in Tata Sky on 10th October 2021 via Google Pay and as usual the amount was debited from my account but this time it was unsuccessful from the end of Tata Sky.So I got in touch with the customer support multiple times regarding this but in vain. as amount was paid to same gateway Tata sky was using all these time neither bank or google pay could do anything on it. Please resolve this issue and refund the money asap
