I had Tata sky/Tata play fiber broadband connection. Tata sky/Tata play fiber broadband router has been collected by their team on 18th January,2022. As per tata sky policy, refund of deposit money takes maximum 6-7 working days. But still I am waiting for refund of deposit amount (INR 1000).
After taking number of follow ups of their customer care (through customer care number and by sending mails), every time I just got commitment by their customer care team!
