- The TV connection of the customer id off on 26.5.20 evening after a short spelled storm and shower. When we took the connection of tata sky my son’s mobile no. Was registered as he took initiative to set up the process. As he is now working as a doctor in Bengaluru. We had to lodge the complaint on the next day.. The customer care first refused to do anything and then at our request said that next day they will try to send technician. But till this hour we do not have any television connection. know that in the present crisis situation very quick service cannot be provided but the company like Tata is to feel that customers particularly the senior citizens like us depend a lot in television in this lockdown situation. I request you to do something in our favour
