I would like to complain against Tata Sky DTH Service for the deducted amount and deactivated from my Account i.e. Subscriber ID 1188462590.
I have moved to Bhubaneswar from Hyderabad on 4th June 2019. I called Tata Sky Service Center for the relocation of my DTH on 8th June with ref WO NO# 1IBR1G7E but no technician visit to my new address in Bhubaneswar, I repeated complaints about this to Tata Sky Help Center. But Still, no service is given by Tata Sky.
I installed the Tata Sky DTH with a private technician form outside with Rs 750, still no technician visit to my home at Bhubaneswar. A few days later I got a call from Technician and I said about the situation and no need to come. I recharged with Rs 400 for that time.
Now on 23rd June, I got an SMS and My Tata Sky Account deducted Rs 300 for Technician Visit Service Charges and also deactivated my account. Immediately I called and register a complaint on Tata Sky Help Centre, the Executive said that my complaint is registered and will be resolved within 10:41 am on 26th June.
Today 26th June, my account is still de-active. I called Tata Sky Helpline for a solution, but the Executive I talked with ‘Anwar Hussain from Assam’ is very rude and impolite said I have to wait again for 1st of July.
I don’t understand, why I have to wait for another 6/7 days for no reasons without my fault. I recharged and also installed my DTH with a private technician with a higher amount without any support from Tata Sky, but still, Tata Sky deducted an amount from my account and de-active for last 4 days.
I need a solution for this and also necessary action should be taken on the persons involved in this.
