3. I lodge complaint regard to one channel not showing properly to tatasky through customer care.
4. The technician visited and found that problem lies with settop box and he exchanged the set top box with new one mean time channel works fine.
5. After two hours I check the same channel but again the channel playing with struck. Again I raise a complaint that if channel is not showing in both the boxes new and old then why should he changed the box.
6. And for changing the box tata sky deducted 550 rupees from by account. The new technician came today he told that problem lies with star maa company.
7. Customer care people saying once box changes there is no refund will be given. But due to technician wrong diagnosis I have to pay amount. Please solve my problem
