Text of Complaint by B Rajesh:

Dear sir,

My name is B. Rajesh, R/o H.No. 1-9-286/2/4/C/1, Flat No. 103, Janapriya Castle, Block-A, Vidyanagar, Ram nagar, Hyderabad-500044. On 12-03-2019 one of your employee Name Mr. K. Srikanth (9542752135) approached me when i was in my flat and offered me your service and i choose Telugu Basic HD package for Rs. 2015/- (As Mr.  K. Srikanth offered). Immediately i paid Rs. 2015/- through Paytm. And gave me an order No. QR1552375605723.

Later few days one employee from Tata sky employee called me by phone and informed me that he will come my residence and install the Dish and setup box, then i agreed to me and fixed a date, but he did not came on the day. Later again another person from Tata sky called me and informed same for installation, he also did not came. still now (One month) frequently calling from Tata sky employees and they were not coming. I informed the same to Mr. Srikanth (9542752135) but useless and they spoke negligently. Every time i taking leave from office and waiting at home for your installing staff. The following few numbers are i was received calls for installation .
