We raised a request for new connection from Tata sky dealer in Serlingampally on 6/23/2019. Dealer sent a technician who set up new Tata sky connection (Subscriber Id: 1326865977) and installed 6 months pack for which we paid the dealer Rs. 3500 and Rs. 450 to the technician for extra cable.

From the next day, the set up box is not receiving signal even though the weather is quite clear. I called the dealer and he raised a request for technician visit the next day who came and adjusted something and left. The problem persists still. I called the dealer and Tata sky customer care many times and got irresponsible answer from them.

Every time, customer care person calls me and asks me the address saying that he/she will send the technician in an hour and i received messages regarding the technician visit to my mobile number. Its been 4 days, no technician visited till now and i keep on receiving messages regarding technician visit everyday.

Totally disappointed with Tata sky and local dealer service. Either resolve this issue or refund my amount paid to dealer and technician worth Rs. 3950.
