Tata Sky Setup box not working , we have launch complaint no – WO#1QWI9MO.
our problem is not solving and the technician visited at our home who had said that our setup box is not working , trying to give us HD box with charging Extra Money we have refused it .
After refusing the Tata Sky team had put my complaint on hold. We have called many a times in tata sky call center some are telling that your complaint is on hold and your Standard setup box is not avaliable.
I want my setup box to be replaced, if company doesn’t have Standard Box its company problem than company should replaced with HD Box and we will not pay any charges.
Tata Sky is providing very poor service to customer and the technician which was employed by tata sky is not good.
