I have tata sky id- 1380648491. my tata sky setup box auto-reset every time after some specific interval. I booked the technician who came and it is fine but the problem is not resolved because of box work fine then he said please send the video of the problem when it occurs.
I make the video and send him on WhatsApp then he said you are switch off by using the remote. He wants charges of repairing, however my connection under warranty.
