Regarding: – ID 1088786031.
Sir,
In the month of May 2019 we were having 1 primary and 2 Secondary step boxes. As per the Trai order every setup has to be individual recharge with a separate package.
While recharging on 3 May 2019 we discontinued 1 secondary setup box which was given a new ID 1325816914 Box ID 3272 in the name of SHALINI GAGERNA and till today she is recharging regularly.
In the month of May 2019, there was an offer for annual recharge plan, that If we recharge for 12 months we will be given 1 month free = 13 months. On 3May 2019 we made a recharge of Rs.10,510 for 1 primary + 1 secondary setup box for Rs 10510.00 for 13 months and this plan was confirmed was your Customer Care Center.
Today we got a message assage that our setup box will not work after 12 pm midnight. Immediately I contacted Customer Care, one of your Senior Executive Mr. Piyush told me that 3 Setup box are working at ID 1088786031 and we have lost our balance because of 3 setup box.
Here I want to clear you 1 setup box was not continued in the month of May 2019 and a new ID was generated for that Setup box, then how can you charge for 3rd setup boxes as there was only 2 Setup boxes was working.
Therefore kindly refund my money and allow my two setup box to work for 13 months.
