Respected sir/Mam,
I am user of tata sky since July 2014 and first installed at New Ashok Nagar, Delhi. I am suffering signal problem in set up box since 3+days . Called tata sky help line, they assked address confirmation I said that I am living in New ashok nagar but house no. Has changed…they told me they have another address in their records which I never belong to that in past ie Mayur Vihar phase 3. They told me Rs. 300/- applicable to address change update…which does not make sense …. I got a message from Tata sky that they would depute their technician on 30.03.19 but not visited, did not called me.
Today I Called again to customer care, they first told me signal issues has been resolved automatically but it’s has not resolved yet.

Tata Sky Installer visit for WO#1DZD3792 is scheduled between 30/03/2019 19:10 & 19:40 In case of query pls contact our helpline on 1860 208 6633
Lodged complain no. : 1-108798186010 dt. 30.03.19
Address which I am living from July 2014: B block, New ashok nagar delhi 110096
They do not help to resolve the address issue.
