Text of Complaint by Hem Raj:

The set top box is not receiving signal since 10 am in the morning despite the weather being clear and all the wires to the set top being connected properly. We have switched it of almost 6 to 7 times aince morning but it isn’t working. We would appreciate if a pwrson from tata sky would come to the house and correct the fault that has incurred.
