My Tata Sky ID no is 1261944746.I am from cuttack city of odisha. After cycloan fani the umbrella with antenna is damaged for which TV is not getting signal and not functioning.I Have lodged complain with our consumer contact service center.
They have received and lodged my complain with an answer that within 72 hours the mechanic will reach to redress my complain but though 12 to 15 days have been passed but no body has turned up to restore the service.
In between I have contacted thrice but the answer received that your call will be attended as soon as possible.I am really sorry to hear the stereo type answer from our customer care center. Please take immediate step to restore the service.
