Earlier our set up box was not working properly and after raising so many complaints finally the set up box got replaced yesterday, it was working slowly since the change, but from today morning it completely stopped working and the reason for the same is pairing issue. The screen is showing an error: THIS IS THE WRONG CARD FOR THIS SET UP BOX (PAIRING ERROR)
please get this sorted ASAP, we have already faced a lot of issues till today.
