Hi my cust. ID is 1077858767 // Madhukar Shukla// I call customer care on 16 June 2019 at 9:39 a.m because my set top box is not working.
Customer care executive give me WO No# 1IR74EVS and then local guy come to attend my complaint. He said that your set top box is not working so it is change but now no any set top box available and he gone.
After wait I call customer care today at 12:38 p.m. but she says that your complaint is closed. Then I tell him which problem I have faced then she gave me another complaint no. WO No# 1IW5ZJPX but no any response till time .
We don’t see any program till Sunday morning whenever I Recharge rs. 900 to 1000 per month. My set top box is not working and my balance is deducted regularly.
Is it tata sky best service? Please solve my problem ASAP otherwise I will go to another DTH service.
