After visit by the technician we were told the set top box is not working and needs to be replaced. After that complaint was made on 18th Nov, second on 24th Nov. Every time been told you’ll get a call within 24 hours. Nobody has returned the call or addressed the issue.
I have been paying for the platinum package since almost 7 years and this is the service i get.
Well time to move to a Competitor now.
Did not expect this from TATA SKY.
