Set top box is not receiving signal in this regard i have made so many calls at customer care but each and every time they put me off by saying that technician will visit shortly. Now it has been Passed a long time since i watch the TV properly. Every time they give me complaint no. and get the call off. How can a world wide company behave like this? I am a valuable customer of tata sky since more than 10 years and their behaviour is not responsible for a consumer at all. My tata sky ID 1034533917
