Dear TATA sky Team,
I would like to inform you that I am using your My TATA sky services last 3 years my tata sky ID 1288359845- (Ilesh Lalitbhai Lathiya ) I have no overdue from your current service though your set top box, but last night it is working properly but today early morning i was started my set top box at that time I showing error ” you are not connect with services ” services are disabled i call to your customer care and they are suggested switch of and switch on but still my services is not activate she told me that i registered technician for checking issue and i am agree, after that technician check and he told me that every thing is ok also green light showing in my setup box it meance network is properly working but he told me that your tata sky setup box is require to change and i am shocking that this person make me fool that change your tata sky i reedy to change that but he told me that it is chargeable Rs 400 + services tax also you have to pay 175 rupees for technician visit it is very perthitic if every thing is ok that why i am change my tata sky and why i pay Rs. 400. why customer suffer for your set top box is not working as per your technician says everything is ok that why taken charges from customer ?
I cant imagine that tata sky company was cheated to their customer and charged Rs 400 every one and two year for without reason changed set top box change this is ridiculous services i have also complain to Grahak surksha kendra as well as other complain ombesements team if my services is not activate within 24 hours or not start my box without paying money than i am suit cash again tata sky company that they are cheated customer every customer and earn money without reason.
kindly note the same. This is pathetic and this shows the attitude of the company towards its beloved customers, tata sky being prime leader for its DTH services and best network coverage and best customer relationship this is not expected and not up to the standards that a MNC demands also can not imaging that TATA group can doing that kind of cheated activity i am also believe that “TATA MEANCE TRUST but TRUST is based on customer delighted never ever cheated.
Kindly activate the outgoing services on top priority also change my set top box without charges deducted from customer because there is no fault in set top bot.
