con no. 1003162516 had multy tv connection.the supplementary HD box was never working
properly. under warranty it was replaced once which I suspect was a repaired box.
it was replaced after 10 days so i lost channel charges for those days. when they instructed me to reactivate in order to fix the box.
In good faith I reactivated and the technician fited the box which As i suspected did not work more than a month. when I complained the technician sold new adapter saying the old one was the problem. he showed the working and left. with in 30 min. the box again stopped. I immediately called up the technician( whose contact no I have as he is assigned to our area.)
he asked me to raise complain. the complaint was not attended in two three days so I deactivate the box to save multi connection charges.
after 2 MONTHS THE tatSKY AREA MGR. ASKED ME TO REACTIVATE THE BOX.
I simply asked him I need accountability , I need a email communication to the effect that i should reconnect the box AND INTHE EVENT OF THIS ALSO NOT WORKING SATIFACTORILY;
I SHALL BE REFUNDED THE MONEY PAID FOR reconnecting.
with the result they cancelled the work order 1-28IG3XUP.
Fine. I couldnt care less for such a third grade company who has a cheek to send me a link to revisit technician if the issue is not resolved.
these mid level so called executives are too clever by half. because they know the
higher level are so naive they will not think of asking WHY THE WORK ORDER CANCELLED.
its time you guys are exposed on social media, as in my complex aloan there are
consumers wary of yr tech support.
