महोदय,
मैने आज दिनांक- 12/08/2021कोअपना टाटा स्काई का सेट टाॅप बॉक्स SD से HD में अपग्रेड करवाया था।
सेट टाॅप बॉक्स इन्स्टाल करने आपका जो representative(मोबाईल नंबर- +91 9660358850) आया था उसने मुझसे टाटा स्काई के मेरे एकाउंट- 1068685351 मे रूपये 1000/-(एक हजार रूपये) का रीचार्ज करवाया था और वह मैरा पुराना SD सेट टाॅप बॉक्स, रिमोट और एडाप्टर भी साथ ले गया।
क्या कम्पनी को यह सब वापस लौटाना होता है।यदि नहीं, तो कृपया मैरा SD सेट टाॅप बॉक्स को वापस लौटाया जाये।
