I had two set top boxes of which one is closed in 2019 which has been automatically renewed at company’s end without informing me in Dec’19. They have deducted charges for second set top box from my annual subscription which was supposed to end in Dec’20 but ended now in Jul’20 without any information to me. Now they are not processing any refund.
