Tata Sky subscription identity number 1000283514. I requested Tata Sky Binge (Fire TV stick) for my additional set top box, since I already have one for the primary connection. Tata Sky associate on helpline suggested I split my connection to get another Fire TV Stick. I allowed them to split the connection.
After splitting the connection they have failed to provide Fire TV Stick despite repeated requests. Now they have stopped responding. Strict action needs to be taken for harassment to customers.
