Dear Team,
This is very pathetic experience from Tata Sky even after using since from last 15 year. The Service person is not attended after complaining (complain no. WO no. #1I40LESH, dated 5th June 8 am) from last 4 days even after doing continuous follow up with customer care.
Addition to this every customer care executive or seniors are giving assurance that person will attend within 2hr or tomorrow etc and also asking to further wait.
However till today nobody has attended this. Normally the assigned complain should be attended within 48 Hrs of complain.
Need support on high priority or clarity so that I can take decision to remove/stopped the Tata sky service.
