I had asked for Tata Sky relocation within the same premises on the 3rd of april 2019. The request for the same was raised on 26th March 2019. This reques was cancelled from their end without any intimation to me. Then on the 3rd, I constantly followed up with the customer support but they just kept saying that the technician will visit that day itself and I will get a call. They never resolved the work till now. It is 4th already. When I put this point forward to the customer service, they say that they transfer the call to the senior team but then the call remains on hold for eternity. I still have no resolution to the problem at hand
