Once a complaint is submitted your technicians call daily saying “we are coming in half an hour” but never turn up for a week. When they turn up they say – there are too many connections in this building complex – so the system is unable to cope.
We will inform our superiors and a team will visit. We wait for a couple of days and call again. The same story as above is repeated on the next call. This has been going on for past two months and we have no link at home.
We are fed up by this callous attitude. Should we go to a regular consumer court.
