Dear sir,
i have shifted my flat in the same Building ,so we have registered the complaint for the shifting the connection. Tata sky person came and shifted the Connection and 8 days period Chanel was not working. so again i have registered the complaint . Again the same person came and removed the antena and told this is not wroking . and charged payment and take in hard cash
after 10 days again same problem happen and registered the compliant but New perosn came and adjust the channel setting and charged amount which is showing in the my Billing . yesterday we have raise the complaint for the chanel issue and today this issue has resolved by using the same Antenna of the tata sky.
i Hesitate the doing the compliant and payment frequently and from taka sky customer care they are calling for the chargeable visit every time . which is not affordable
