Text of Complaint by Hasan Shabbir Hussain:

This is the worst kind of service i have ever experienced. My tata sky is not working since last 23 days and like a madman was calling in the tata sky helpline but no kind of service is being received till date. I called the helpline numerous number of times but they only chant that due ti covid-19 our technician is not able to visit so if the covid-19 remains in India till the end of this year means your technician will not visit by this year. For last 23 days i have not watched tv nor any news. I had my experience with many cable operators but this would be my worst experience and now i would like to change tata sky immediately to some other cable tv or dish tv due its poor customer service. I have paid my monthly subscription and you all are behaving like this means not giving proper service to the customer. Please transfer this month’s subscription to my account as my tata sky is not working since last 23 days and have not watched tv. Send your technician on an immediate basis nor i would be forced to change my tata sky.
