Dear Respected Sir / Madam,
This in view of the harassment went through tata sky call centre with false promises and the undisciplined approach by the technician located at Bhubaneswar region, Odisha State.
On 16th June 2019 AM hrs, a compliant was registered through TATA SKY TOLL FREE NO. 18002086633 regarding “setup box not working”and a call centre representative committed that within 2 hrs, local technician will give a call back. Despite, of several calls to different call centre representative spread over different locations like mohali, even after senior desks people involvement nothing was progressed till 3 days.
On 18th June 2019, an auto driver called via mobile No. 7008591098 and asking about the problem who has no clue at all which is a pathetic step in the course of service process.
I got several SMSs from TATA on 16th June 2019 regarding WO#1IR7GJ5B and one more request number on 17th June 2019 1IVCLF66.
I would like to address this issue as the promotions of the company is utterly false while in practically providing the services. And also, there is no proper communication channels between the customer care and the regional offices or zonal office or technician whatsoever.
Therefore, as a citizen of this country and a valued customer being a tax payer, i would like to complain on this harassment went through even after paying in advance for the services rendering by the service provider.
