My tata sky ID number is 1112322027. On the 27th of April I requested for a technician visit for my tata sky connection as the set top box was disconnected. My old digicard was misplaced and could not be found so the technician replaced it with a new digicard. This digicard has a new number. Now when I am trying to watch something on the set top box it is showing a error message i.e. pairing error. I am repeatedly calling the customer care center from the 27th itself and till now there is no resolution and my tata sky is not working till now. When ever I am calling them they are asking me to wait for 24 hours or they are saying the technical team will call you. Please help me resolve this case. I am not being able to watch my televion till now. I had made all the payments for the technician visit and everything. This is the service I am getting from TataSky’s end
