A sales representative of Tata Sky visited our house on 5th January 2021 and sold a new Tata Sky connection for Rs. 2150/-
He mentioned that we would be getting one language HD channels free subscription for 6 months and it would be Rs 219/- from 7th month onwards.
Despite taking 2150 from us and promising a lot of offers, we got a connection with a recharge amount of only 1100. And it is costing us around 415 per month for one language HD subscription.
There is no offer or a free 6 month subscription and we are cheated into buying a connection. Also we did not get the full benefit for the 2150 we paid.

There is no point in signing up customers with false promises. I am highly disappointed with Tata sky and want to bring this to your notice so that some strict action will be taken.
