- My subscription ID is 1188129090 I need a relocation connection service 16th April your technician has come and disconnected the cable and dish antenna and after that we relocated to our new address and waiting for the past 5 days but no one came for giving connection. Contacted the customer care and received a message that a technician is scheduled for visit on 20th April but again nonperson came. What should I do.
