My name is Arghya purkait also my id no is 1386661654 i infrom you that i have installed tata sky in August 1week but after few days later i got a mg from them that my blance left for few days, that time i call to customer care they said this problem is not happening further, but last 3days it over head to me because every day change my pack by defalt with maximum blance deduction, please help me otherwise i will not continue your service and refund my blance which is deducted last few days
