Good day Tata sky,
I have done recharge tata sky on 11/01/2021 for Rs. 500.
By mistakenly I have done recharge to deactivated account.
I have already given refund requests to the customer care on the same day no action has been taken till date and also I didn’t receive my amount back (Rs. 500)to my account.
So I request you to refund the amount(Rs. 500) to my account as soon as possible.
